PAIGE WEIR
Originally from Western Canada, Paige has built her career across Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, and now Timmins, Ontario, where she lives with her daughter and one, very hairy dog. With more than 20 years of experience spanning graphic design, photography and visual storytelling, Paige brings a strategic, communications-first approach to every project she leads.
Her foundation in visual communications includes over two decades in graphic design and art direction. Paige has been a team member on numerous award-winning Canadian publications and has developed new magazines for organizations such as Canadian Blood Services and the University of Alberta.
Paige currently serves as a communications advisor to Timmins and District Hospital, where she supports in delivering clear, thoughtful, and timely communications to diverse audiences. Her work focuses on translating complex information into accessible messaging, and ensuring communications align with organizational priorities.
While in Toronto, Paige worked as a room set, product and cosmetics stylist for major national brands including Canadian Tire, Loblaws, HBC, Shopper’s Drug Mart and Walmart. This experience sharpened her ability to shape environments and visual narratives with intention—skills that continue to inform her strategic communications work today.
Paige’s practice extends into video creation, photography and visual art where she has designed engaging assets for her clients including websites, social media, album artwork, and full-length video projects. She also works within Northern Ontario’s film industry as a location scout and art department collaborator.
At the core of Paige’s work is a commitment to clarity, organization, and strong client relationships. She thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing budgets and timelines while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused presence.
